如阁下不同意本条款的任何内容，请立即停止使用本平台。
一、服务说明
- PixPet 是一个提供创作、分享、展示及互动功能的线上平台，旨在为用户提供创意内容发布与交流的空间。
- 本平台保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利，无须事先通知。
- 我们可能会根据用户所在地或法律要求，对部分功能或内容进行限制或调整。
二、用户注册与账户安全
- 阁下须以真实、准确、完整的资料注册账户，并保持其最新状态。
- 阁下应妥善保管账户及密码，不得将账户出借、转让或与他人共用。
- 任何通过阁下账户进行的活动，均视为阁下本人所为。
- 如发现账户被未经授权使用，阁下应立即通知我们。否则因此造成的损失，PixPet 概不负责。
三、用户行为规范
阁下在使用本平台时，须遵守适用的法律及社会公序良俗，不得从事以下行为：
- 上传、发布或传送含有违法、淫秽、暴力、仇恨、歧视或诽谤内容的资料；
- 侵犯他人著作权、商标权、隐私权、肖像权或其他合法权益；
- 散布虚假或误导性讯息；
- 干扰、攻击或试图未经授权地访问本平台系统；
- 将本平台用于任何商业推广、广告或垃圾讯息传播；
- 其他违反香港或中国内地法律法规的行为。
PixPet 有权对违规内容进行删除、隐藏或限制访问，情节严重者可暂停或终止账户。
四、知识产权声明
- 除非另有声明，本平台所有内容（包括文字、图片、设计、代码、图标、界面等）的著作权及相关知识产权，均归 PixPet 或其授权方所有。
- 用户在平台上发布的原创内容，其著作权仍归属用户本人，但阁下授予 PixPet 一项非独占、全球性、免版税的许可，用于展示、推广及改进服务。
- 未经书面同意，任何人不得复制、转载、修改、发行、展示或以其他方式使用本平台内容。
五、第三方链接与内容
本平台可能包含指向第三方网站或服务的链接。
这些网站并非由 PixPet 控制，我们不对其内容、私隐政策或行为负责。
阁下访问该等网站时，应自行判断并承担风险。
六、免责声明与责任限制
- 本平台按「现况」及「可用性」提供，PixPet 不保证服务无错误、中断或完全安全。
- 我们不对因网络故障、技术问题、第三方行为或不可抗力所造成的损失承担责任。
- PixPet 不对用户上传内容的真实性、准确性或合法性作出保证。
- 在法律允许的范围内，PixPet 对阁下因使用本平台所造成的任何直接或间接损失，不承担赔偿责任。
七、服务修改与终止
- PixPet 有权随时修改、暂停或终止本平台的部分或全部功能。
- 如因维护、更新或法律要求而暂停服务，我们将尽可能提前通知。
- 用户违反本条款的，PixPet 有权暂停或永久终止其账户，且无需另行赔偿。

本条款应与该政策一并阅读并理解。
九、适用法律与争议解决
- 本条款受 香港特别行政区法律 管辖并据其解释。
- 如阁下位于中国内地，本条款亦符合法律规定，且在不冲突的范围内适用。
- 因使用本平台引起的任何争议，双方应先行友好协商解决；协商不成的，可提交香港法院或北京市有管辖权的法院审理。

Welcome to PixPet (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).
Please read these Terms of Use (“the Terms”) carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using PixPet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should immediately discontinue using the Platform.
1. Description of Service
PixPet is an online platform that allows users to create, share, display, and interact with creative content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of our services at any time, without prior notice.
Certain features or content may be restricted or adjusted depending on your jurisdiction or legal requirements.

You must not, under any circumstances:
- Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, portrait, or other legal rights of others;
- Disseminate false, misleading, or deceptive information;
- Interfere with, attack, or attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
- Use the Platform for commercial advertising, spam, or other unauthorised promotional activities;
- Engage in any behaviour that violates the laws or regulations of Hong Kong or Mainland China.
PixPet reserves the right to remove, hide, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms and may suspend or terminate accounts in serious cases.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Platform, including text, images, design, code, icons, and interfaces, is owned by PixPet or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in their original works published on the Platform.
By posting or uploading content, you grant PixPet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote such content for the purpose of operating and improving the services.
No person may reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of this Platform’s content without prior written consent from PixPet.
5. Third-Party Links and Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
PixPet has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Accessing such websites is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
PixPet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services.
We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from network failures, technical issues, third-party actions, or events beyond our control.
PixPet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixPet shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Modification or Termination of Services
PixPet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Platform or its services at any time.

If you violate these Terms, PixPet may suspend or permanently terminate your account without liability.

You should read and understand both documents as they jointly govern your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
For users located in Mainland China, these Terms also comply with the applicable laws to the extent not in conflict with Hong Kong law.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
If a settlement cannot be reached, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Hong Kong or Beijing, China.
10. Language
This document is available in both English and Chinese.
In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
